Energy metabolism in RAW264.7 macrophages was assessed using targeted metabolomics. The anti-inflammatory effects of ADSCs and their exosomes were evaluated in dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced colitis models. Flow cytometry, quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR), microRNAs (miRNAs) sequencing, Western blotting, and immunofluorescence were used to investigate macrophage polarization and immunometabolic changes, as well as related molecular mechanisms.
