Acute effects of the FIFA 11+ warm-up on mechanical properties and performance in male and female soccer players – Ankle dataset

El conjunt de dades recull mesures mecàniques, neuromusculars, tèrmiques i de rendiment del turmell obtingudes en 120 futbolistes (60 homes, 60 dones) abans i després de l’escalfament FIFA 11+. Les dades inclouen propietats mecàniques dels teixits (MyotonPro®), saturació muscular d’oxigen (SmO?, NIRS), rang articular (WBLT), força dels flexors plantars (dinamòmetre), temperatura cutània (termografia) i proves de rendiment específiques (CMJ, radar i 505 test).

This dataset contains mechanical, neuromuscular, thermal and performance data from 120 soccer players (60 males, 60 females) before and after the FIFA 11+ warm-up. It includes tissue mechanical properties (MyotonPro®), muscle oxygen saturation (SmO?, NIRS), range of motion (WBLT), plantar-flexor strength (dynamometer), skin temperature (thermography), and performance tests (CMJ, radar and 505 agility test).
