资源简介:
Mastitis, or mammary gland inflammation, is among dairy animals' most prevalent diseases. The main dairy animals in Bangladesh are cattle and buffaloes (Bubalus bubalis). In Bangladesh, around 80 percent of cattle farmers utilize backyard-dwelling farming in a closed-off area. In comparison, just 13 percent have an intensive or semi-intensive cattle housing system, and 60 percent have a concrete floor. The etiology of mastitis is mostly (70 percent) caused by bacterial infections. Likewise, non-infectious causes, such as physical trauma, mechanical injury to the gland, etc., make up 30 percent of minor contributors. Four-primer PCR with rapid adapter attachment chemistry generated 16S rRNA gene amplicons to amplify the V1-V7 region of the 16S rRNA gene.
