A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the cropland ecosystem at Linze Station from 2018 to 2020

This dataset covers the data of carbon and water fluxes and key metrorological elements of Linze cropland ecosystem from 2018 to 2020. It was produced via processing the raw observation data collected at the Gansu Linze National Field Scientific Observation and Research Station of Farmland Ecosystemthe based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications. In this dataset, the data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
