资源简介:
The fish epidermis acts as a barrier to prevent pathogen infection from the water, and the microorganisms residing there also play a role in preventing infection. We obtained bacterial strains from the fish epidermal mucus that inhibit the growth of various fish pathogens. In this study, we used NGS to analyze the effects on the skin microbiota when the obtained bacterial strains were administered to fish.
