Supplementary Information: Translation Ambiguity Induced by m5C Modification in mRNA

The sims_files folder contains input files (.tpr) and output coordinates (.gro) of the Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations. For each tautomer of m5C (IO1,IO2 and AO), conformational state of the ribosome (CR, AC_open, AC_closed), and simulation step (solvent equilibration, release of position restraints, production run) the input and output files of the 10 independent replica are included. The force_field_modified_params folder includes residue topologies (.rtp file) and hydrogen data bank (.hdb) of the AO, IO1 and IO2 tautomers of m5C. The Figure 5D and S6 folders contain the data used to generate the corresponding figures in the paper.
