The records, though not arranged in any logical order, reflect the broad interests and concerns of the Western Health Involvement Plan (W.H.I.P.). Correspondence received and copies of letters sent are unregistered and distributed throughout the series. Included in the records are draft and multiple copies of reports, working papers, statistical data, circulars and leaflets. The organizing body of W.H.I.P. appears to have drawn heavily on community health care models both interstate and overseas - as evidenced by the records. W.H.I.P. ceased to operate as a government funded agency in 1980. A full listing is available.
