BIOECOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR ASSESSING THE COMPOSITION, NATURAL STOCKS, AND RESOURCES OF MEDICINAL PLANTS IN THE POP NATIONAL NATURE PARK

This article examines the species composition, bioecological characteristics, and natural resource potential of medicinal plants distributed within the Pop National Nature Park. Based on field investigations and geobotanical observations, the taxonomic composition, ecological groups, and distribution patterns of medicinal plant species were identified. The natural reserves of economically important species were assessed, and opportunities for their sustainable and rational utilization were analyzed. The findings contribute to the conservation of the medicinal plant biodiversity of the study area, the efficient management of natural plant resources, and the supply of locally sourced medicinal raw materials for the pharmaceutical industry.
