These are NMR datsets and python scripts used for permeability determination following hydrolysis reaction by KPC-2 inside the OMVs. It contains data monitoring the hydrolysis by 1) wild-type OMVs produced by E. coli BW25113 2) OMVs from porin deficent strain 3) P. aeruginosa. We follow entry of nitrocefin and mecillinam through the outer membrane of the vesicles.
