Local Environment Administration in Municipalities with a Narrow Industrial Base, 1991

The project looked into the construction of the municipal environment administration and how the local environment actions in six municipalities with a narrow industrial base was made. Bremanger, Sunndal, Sør-Varanger, Vennesla and Årdal. A main goal was to map out the environment policy agenda in the test municipalities. The project included interviews with 110 politicians in the municipalities.本项目聚焦市政环境管理体系的构建，以及6个产业基础薄弱的市镇的本地环境治理行动开展情况展开调研，涉及的市镇包括布雷姆恩厄尔（Bremanger）、松达尔（Sunndal）、瑟尔-瓦朗厄尔（Sør-Varanger）、文内斯拉（Vennesla）以及阿尔达尔（Årdal）。本项目的核心目标为梳理试点市镇的环境政策议程，并对上述市镇的110名政界人士开展了访谈。
