SILVA 138.2 SSURef and LSURef databases pre-processed for phyloblitz

Ribosomal RNA databases from the SILVA project processed and formatted for use with phyloblitz, a tool for rapid taxonomic screening of long-read metagenome libraries using rRNA marker sequences. Version v0.1.0 of the database processing pipeline was used to produce these files. The original SILVA 138.2 database files are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC-BY 4.0) license. Please see the SILVA Terms of Use for more information.
