Changes in skeletal muscle PAK1 levels regulate tissue crosstalk to impact whole body glucose homeostasis

We have used RNA-seq to identify transcripts expressed in mouse skeletal muscle inducible PAK1 overexpression/knock-out. Overall design: 15 mice preparation examed under 5 condition, WT with doxycyclin, skeletal muscle specific over expressed PAK1 with Doxycyclin or without doxycyclon, and skeletal muscle specific knock out PAK1 with or without doxycyclin.
