Monthly consumption of private households by housing and heating categories by municipality. The dataset is updated between the 9th and 15th the following month. Housing categories are created based on Bygnings- og Boligregistret (BBR)'s building usage codes BygAnvendelse whereas heating categories are based on Bygnings- og Boligregistret (BBR)'s heating installation codes Varmeinstallation. Heating installations are grouped in two categories: 'Elvarme eller varmepumpe' (Electric heating or heat pump) and 'Andet' (Other). To comply with laws regarding the protection of private data, methods for anonymizing data have been applied. This dataset uses number and dominance as a criterion for confidentiality. The number criteria is set to 20 and the dominance criteria is set to 60 percent per hour for 3 hours straight. In case of the criteria being exceeded, the dataset will combine data columns or aggregate data columns to a high level in the following order: 1. Housing categories being combined 2. Heating categories being combined 3. Municipalities being combined and/or aggregated 4. Time being combined and/or aggregated API Request Frequency \ To get the most up-to-date data, calling the API with a dynamic timestamp such as start=StartOfMonth-P6M is a good approach. Making a request once daily on the 10th-15th every month is sufficient to ensure getting the latest data.
