Transcriptomic analysis of Pestalotiopsis trachicarpicola treated with cymoxanil

Leaf Spot can damage the majority of tea regions in China. It is considered that Pestalotiopsis trachicarpicola is the main dominant species harming the tea plant in China. Cymoxanil can inhibit the P. trachicarpicola, but the action mechanism is not clear. This RNA-seq data is helpful to study the mechanism of cymoxanil on P. trachicarpicola.
