Actinidia arguta WGS raw reads

The fruit of the dioecious has received much attraction recently. It has long been difficult to distinguish the gender of hybrid seedlings before flowering, thus increasing the costs of breeding. To develop sex-linked molecular markers for the sex identification of Actinidia arguta, we used whole-genome re-sequencing of 15 males and 15 females from an 8-year-old cross population to develop gender specific markers.
