We performed bulk RNA sequencing of the B cell receptors (BCR-seq) of HCV-reactive B cells (recognizing soluble E2) and non-reactive B cells from a single subject at multiple time points of HCV infection/reinfection. This subject cleared multiple infections and produced broadly neutralizing serum.
