This project consists 51 Shotgun metagenomes of 51 IL10 KO Jax stock #002251/ C57BL/6J genetic background mice taken at 6 months of age. Mice are broken into groups of inheriting antibiotic derived dysbiosis and are broken further into groups receiving an oral fecal microbiota transplantation, a gavage of PBS, no gavage, and control not receiving antibiotic dysbiosis.
