[IO Islamic 1932] بوستان خيال

The <em>mu</em><em>ḳaddimah</em> (or first volume) of the <em>second Bahâr</em> or <em>first Gulistân</em> of the Bûstân-i-Khayâl, that is the <em>third volume</em> of the whole work. This <em>second Bahâr</em>, which relates the adventures of Mu’izz-aldîn or Alḳâ’im-biamrillâh (see the preceding copy), bears the special titles of <em>Mu</em><em>’</em><em>izznâma</em> معزّنامه, <em>Ḳâ</em><em>’</em><em>imnâma</em> قائمنامه, or even <em>Ṣâḥibḳirânnâma</em> صاحب قراننامه, and is subdivided into a muḳaddimah and two Gulshan, each Gulshan containing two Gulzâr. Beginning: هرگونه ستايشى كه در دل هر ستايش كننده بگذرد و زبان ( بر زبان Bodl.copy correctly) او جارى گردد سزاوار جناب خداونديست الخ. Conclusion:مناسب چنان نمود كه مقدّمۀ بهار دويم را كه عبارت از دفتر قائمنامه باشد درين مقام باختتام رسانيده شروع در گلستان اوّل از بهار دويم از بوستان خيال نمايد الخ. The designation given to this volume in the colophon, viz. تمام شد جلد ثالث مهدينامه, is incorrect, since the Mahdinâma comprises only the first two volumes. No date.
