Packed to the Brim: Analyzing Highly Responsive Prefixes on the Internet - Dataset

This dataset contains the evaluation data used as part of our paper “Packed to the Brim: Analyzing Highly Responsive Prefixes on the Internet”. It includes the port scan data collected during our measurement campaigns. Please refer to https://hrp-stats.github.io for more information on how we used it and how to reproduce our results. We will also publish continuous HRP datasets for port 80 and 443 on the website.
