ROIs were automatically selected in the lateral and medial compartments of the tibia bone. The images were registered in a 12-bit Grey scale. The average size of the ROIs was 150 by 150 pixels. The data include images from 20 Case (Osteoarthritis) and 20 Control (healthy) female subjects, which have been diagnosed in the national study Ramiro, S., Canhão, H. & Branco, J. C. Epireumapt protocol - Portuguese epidemiologic study of the rheumatic diseases.<br>Acta reumatologica portuguesa, 35(3), 384–90 (2010).<br>
