Pooled single-cell suspensions from were obtained from caecal tumours from three Apcfl/fl,Smad4+/+, Lgr5CreERT2 and five Apcfl/fl, Smad4fl/fl, Lgr5CreERT2 mice. Cell suspensions underwent library preparation using the Chromium Single Cell 3’ kit (10X Genomics) and sequencing using Illumina HiSeq 2x150bp (Azenta, USA), with approximately 25,000 reads per cell.
