Leucegene: AML sequencing (part 1-6, GRCh38 reference)

RNA sequencing of human leukemia The goals of this project are to obtain a comprehensive study of mutations and gene expression in human acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Methods: AML cells were thawed. DNA and RNA (polyA) was extracted and sequences were obtained with an illumina HiSeq 2000 sequencer. **Re-analysis/re-quantification with new methods and updated reference genome of samples already found in the following Series: GSE49642, GSE52656, GSE62190, GSE66917, GSE67039 and GSE106272**
