Microbial diversity growing in a microbial fuel cell fed by lipid extracted residual algal biomass

This study grounds on the 16s rDNA metagenomic sequencing. The study was carried out for the isolation and identification of the bacterial population growing in the anodic chamber of a microbial fuel cell which was using residual lipid extracted biomass as an electron donor substrate.
