In Vitro experiment to create a ground-truth signal for the publication: Causal Responsibility Based Explainable AI for Vibrational Spectroscopy Applied to Cancer Diagnostics

This dataset contains 16107 Raman spectra from an experiment in which various lab materials (deatils below) were added in vitro, and their spectra obtained. The data is available in raw wdf format (x_y_map_truncated), and as a numpy array (InVitro_spectra.npy), alongside the interpolated common wavenumber axis (InVitro_common_wn_axis.npy).There are four lab treatments (InVitro_labels.npy or x in the raw files): 1.) di–C8 phosphatidylcholine, Phenylalanine, Lactate 2.) di–C8 phosphatidylcholine, Phenylalanine, Lactate, Collagen, Mucin 3.) di–C8 phosphatidylcholine, Phenylalanine, Lactate, DNA 4.) di–C8 phosphatidylcholine, Phenylalanine, Lactate, Collagen, Mucin, DNA Each treatment has 4 technical replicates (InVitro_replicates.npy oy y in the raw files) Also available is the white light image of each associated deposited droplet as a jpeg file.
