To reveal the role of mTORC1 in B cells, we established Raptor-BKO mice (Raptor-flox x mb1-Cre) with B cell-specific deletion of Raptor, an esssential component of mTORC1, and analyzed the diversity of IgA repertoire and teh extent of SHM in small intestinal IgA+B220- cells.
