We designed a neural network-based computational method that learns transcriptome-to-space mapping and reconstructs 3D tissue organization by learning from scRNA-seq and spatial transcriptomic data. Overall design: Neonatal human foreskin samples were dissociated and analyzed using scRNA-seq.
