Whole-genome resequencing data of northern Chinese Quercus mongolica

This dataset contains the whole-genome resequencing data generated for the study entitled "Whole-genome resequencing reveals genetic diversity and adaptive evolution of northern Chinese populations of Quercus mongolica"This research aims to investigate the population genetic structure, quantify the level of genetic diversity, and identify signals of adaptive evolution in response to environmental factors in natural populations of Mongolian oak (Quercus mongolica) across its northern distribution range in China.
