Microgravity Dynamics of Bubble-geometry Bose-Einstein Condensates (Cold Atom Lab - BEC Bubble Dynamics) aims to study Bose-Einstein Condensates (BECs) and degenerate Fermi gases (DFGs) confined to a the surface of an experimentally-controlled topologically-connected ''bubble.'' The limitations of gravitational sag have prevented terrestrial exploration of a quantum gas confined to such as surface. This investigation aims to test fundamental ideas in quantum mechanics, statistical mechanics, and strongly-correlated many-body physics in condensed matter. Studying the behavior of quantum gas bubbles could provide insights for next-generation quantum sensors and simulators.
