资源简介:
Gut bacterial dysbiosis plays vital role in the development of Alzheimers disease (AD). However, alterations of the gut fungal microbiota as well as their correlations with host immunity remain unclear. Samples from 88 well-controlled Chinese stable AD patients, and 65 age- and gender-matched, cognitively normal controls were obtained to explore the fungal microbiota targeting the ITS2 (Internal Transcribed Spacer) rRNA genes by MiSeq sequencing, and to analyze their associations with host immune response. Our data demonstrated unaltered fungal diversity and altered taxonomic composition of the fecal fungal microbiota of the AD patients.
