We performed RNA-sequencing of Golovinomyces orontii-infected Arabidopsis leaves of wild type, the double or triple mutants of AtMLKLs to examine the role of AtMLKLs in response to the powdery mildew fungus. Leaf samples from at least three independent plants were collected at 48 hours post inoculation of conidia of the powdery mildew fungus Golovinomyces orontii. Mock samples were collected from plants without conidia inoculation.
