Data set from Somatic Experiencing therapy for a transgender patient with suicidal ideation.

This dataset contains longitudinal clinical, psychometric, and psychophysiological data from a single transgender female participant collected across baseline (A1), treatment-as-usual (A2), and post-intervention (A3) phases, as well as 10 intervention sessions.Psychometric data include suicidal ideation (BSI, FSII-Br-m), PTSD symptoms (PCL-5), dissociation (DES-II), emotional symptoms (DASS-21), resilience (CD-RISC-10), alexithymia (TAS-26), trauma exposure (ACE-IQ, LEC-5), and quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF). Data are organized in tabular format, with rows representing time points and columns representing scale scores.Psychophysiological data include heart rate variability (RMSSD, ms) and skin conductance response (SCR, responses per minute). HRV was recorded during baseline, controlled breathing, and session periods, with extracted segments for maximum (pp) and minimum (ps) values. SCR was recorded during initial resting periods and task/intervention periods.Data processing included score calculation and classification of clinical change using the Reliable Change Index (RCI). Missing data are minimal and mainly due to physiological recording artifacts. Data are stored in spreadsheet format and can be accessed using standard statistical software.
