对宁波市于2020年至2023年在本单位检测的家庭室内空气中TVOC浓度进行分析，数据反应TVOC浓度与季节温度、室内装修情况、装修时间等都有很大的关系。本数据为以后市民室内空气中TVOC污染物控制提供参考依据。数据来源：2020年至2023年来本单位委托检验的家庭室内环境检测；数据检测：按标准要求封闭门窗，采样人员上门采样，采样完成后将样品带回实验室进行分析；数据计算：TVOC浓度ρ=（W -W0）/Vr，式中W为由校准曲线计算的样品管中待测组分的质量（单位为μg），W0为由校准曲线计算的空白管中待测组分的质量单位为（单位为μg），Vr为参比状态下的采样体积（单位为L）；数据应用：通过检测数据分析，影响TVOC浓度的主要因素是装修材料和装修时间，TVOC属于易挥发有机物，释放周期较短，因此刚装修完一段时间是TVOC浓度最高的时候，其次是温度的影响，夏季TVOC浓度超标较多，最后是房间类型，卧室较其他房间超标较多，卧室较客厅相比空间小家具较多且通风差，所以TVOC偏高。本次数据可以为市民在以后装修房屋时提供参考依据。

This dataset analyzes the total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) concentrations in indoor air of residential households tested at our institution between 2020 and 2023 in Ningbo City. The data demonstrates that TVOC concentrations are strongly correlated with seasonal temperature, indoor decoration conditions, decoration timeline and other relevant factors. This dataset provides a reference basis for subsequent control of TVOC pollutants in indoor air for citizens.

Data Source: Residential indoor environment detection samples commissioned to our institution from 2020 to 2023.

Data Detection: Follow standard requirements to close all doors and windows, conduct on-site sampling by professional sampling personnel, then transport the collected samples back to the laboratory for analysis after sampling.

Data Calculation: The TVOC concentration ρ is calculated as ρ = (W - W0)/Vr, where W represents the mass of the target components in the sample tube calculated via the calibration curve (unit: μg), W0 represents the mass of the target components in the blank tube calculated via the calibration curve (unit: μg), and Vr refers to the sampling volume under reference status (unit: L).

Data Application: Through analysis of the detection data, the primary factors affecting TVOC concentrations are decoration materials and decoration timeline. TVOC is a type of volatile organic compound with a relatively short release period, so the TVOC concentration peaks shortly after house decoration. The second most influential factor is temperature: more cases of TVOC concentration exceeding the standard limit occur in summer. The last factor is room type: bedrooms have a higher rate of exceeding the standard limit compared to other rooms. Bedrooms feature smaller spaces, more furniture and poorer ventilation than living rooms, leading to elevated TVOC concentrations. This dataset can serve as a reference for citizens when planning house decoration in the future.
