Replication Data for: Longitudinal Epidemiology and Variant Dynamics of SARS-CoV-2 in Coastal Kenya (2020–2025): Clinical Features and Wave Patterns

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: \"Longitudinal Epidemiology and Variant Dynamics of SARS-CoV-2 in Coastal Kenya (2020–2025): Clinical Features and Wave Patterns\" The datasets are part of ongoing SARS-CoV-2 surveillance in five outpatient facilities within the KHDSS in coastal Kenya. 'Data_table1' dataset contains individual case data with demographic characteristics (age and sex), location and vaccine information. 'Data_table2' dataset contains individual case data with demographic characteristics (age and sex), genomic characteristics and clinical symptoms. 'Data_fig_2A' dataset shows the temporal distribution of sample tested and cases positives across multiple waves. 'Data_fig2c' dataset shows the temporal distribution of cases positives and detected SARS-CoV-2 variants across multiple waves. 'Data_fig_4' dataset contains individual case data with demographic characteristics (age) and clinical symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 cases across pre-Omicron and Omicron periods. 'Data_fig_4A' dataset shows the distribution of sample tested and cases positives across different periods. 'Data_lineages' dataset contains individual case data with SARS-CoV-2 genomic characteristics (variant, nextclade lineage and genome coverage). 'AOR_Pre_post_Omicron' dataset shows the Adjusted odds ratios of predicting SARS-CoV-2 infection status by clinical symptoms across multiple periods.
