HyperProbe 1.1 Testing and Validation - PART 1

The dataset contains data related to the technical characterization of the upgraded and optimized laboratory version of the HyperProbe system, referred to as HyperProbe1.1. It also includes data from the validation experiments, covering the spectral characterization and analysis of meningioma and glioma samples. The study was approved by the Ethical Committee of the Area Vasta Centro Toscana (Study ID: 23672 - 23672_BIO), and informed consent was obtained from all participants, in accordance with Italian regulations.The dataset also contains in vivo validation in mouse brain under hypoxia and hyperoxia conditions.
