Methylation profiles from blood samples of participants in the COVID-19 Health Action Response for Marines (CHARM) study were generated to study innate immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 infection. We investigate (1) methylome changes after infection; (2) methylation site dynamics; (3) a methylation-based clock that enables accurate time since infection predictions following acute SARS-CoV-2 and (4) Immunological effects of methylation pattern and relations to other conditions. Overall design: Methylation assay was performed on samples collected from 252 subjects at different time points as part of SARS-Cov-2 of initial outbreak and later surveillance on the Marine recruits. In total, there are 553 methylation samples in this submission.
