Bioelectromagnetic signal attenuation in pancreatic adenocarcinoma: FDTD simulations and TCGA-PAAD KCNJ2 survival analysis
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains code, processed data, and derived results underlying the manuscript “Bioelectromagnetic Signal Attenuation in Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma: FDTD Modeling of Stromal Insulation and TCGA-PAAD Genomic Validation.” It includes a 3D finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) solver for modeling electromagnetic field propagation across parenchyma–stroma–tumor compartments, a Langevin-based free-energy landscape simulator for the depolarized attractor model, and scripts for Kaplan–Meier survival analysis of KCNJ2 expression in the TCGA-PAAD cohort. Processed stratified survival data (Q1 versus Q4 KCNJ2 expression), summary statistics (hazard ratio, confidence intervals, log-rank p-value), and representative figures corresponding to the FDTD field slice, Langevin trajectories, and Kaplan–Meier curves are provided.
