Processed metabolomics data of tomato stem base tissues - Fusarium solani inoculatio

This dataset contains processed metabolomics data from tomato plants at 20 days of age. Stem base tissues were collected at 3 days post inoculation (dpi) with Fusarium solani. Control samples were also collected. This dataset provides insights into the metabolic responses of tomato plants to Fusarium solani infection, which causes root and stem rot. The identified differential metabolites and altered metabolic pathways may help elucidate the molecular mechanisms of tomato defense against this pathogen, and potentially inform breeding strategies for disease-resistant tomato varieties.
