Escherichia coli str. K-12 substr. MG1655 Raw sequence reads

Measure of transcription errors in E. coli when grown in glucose minimal media and tryptic soy rich media, both sampled at midlog and stationary phase. These reads originate from circularized ~100bp mRNA fragments that underwent rolling circle amplification to generate linked repeats in the form of cDNA. Reads should be repeats of n-mers and should be processed using the CircSeq pipeline (Acevedo, Brodsky, and Andino Nature 2014).
