Impact of URT1 and HESO1 TUTases on the steady state level of mRNAs in Arabidopsis seeds and flowers

To evaluate the contribution of both TUTases on the mRNA steady state level, we produced total RNA-seq libraries from flowers and dry seeds of WT plants and of mutant for URT1 and HESO1. We performed a differential gene expression analysis to identify mRNAs that are differentially accumulated in mutant seeds and flowers when compared to WT Total RNA-seq library for flowers and seed for WT plants and for urt1-1, heso1-4 and heso1-4 urt-1 mutants (4 genotypes, 3 biological replicates each) 12 flower samples (4 genotypes with 3 biological replicates)
