资源简介:
Soybean root nodules are generally known to contain a high microbial diversity of both rhizobial and non-rhizobial endophytes. But, the variation of these bacteria in Edamame, a Japanese green soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merrill] nodules have not been much studied. We assessed the microbiomes of Japanese green soybean root nodules and rhizosphere soils from greenhouse and open-field plants using high-throughput 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing. Edamame [Glycine max (L.) Merrill], collected at a greenhouse and open-field soybean farm in Japan. To our knowledge, this is the first study to investigate the microbiota of the nodule and root zone soil samples of green soybean, Edamame. We will analyze the physiological role of microbiota including cyanobacteria in the nodule of green soybean will be clarified in the future.
