ZIP-file of fluorescent 3D image stacks of matrix-embedded lung cell co-cultures at day 20

ZIP-file containing confocal image stacks from NCI-H1437 (RFP) 3D co-cultures (Normal Fibroblasts, GFP) embedded in collagen or matrigel-collagen mix and grown in 96-well plates. The cultures are stained with Hoechst and EdU and treated with DMSO (control samples), Fulvestrant, or docetaxel and imaged at day 20. Images are 8-bit multi-channel image stacks containing the Hoechst and EdU channel. The lateral pixelsize is ( 1.25 x 1.25 ) micron. Images are in CZI-format.
