Systemic mastocytosis is a heterogeneous group of mast cell-driven diseases, diagnosed by bone marrow sampling. However, there are a limited number of available blood disease biomarkers. We performed a single-cell transcriptomics screen alongside a plasma proteomics screen to identify such potential biomarkers. We performed single-cell RNA sequencing of isolated human bone marrow cells from patients with Systemic Mastocytosis. 3 datasets from 3 patients respectively in total were generated consisting of Ficoll separated cells mixed with FACS-isolated CD117+ FCɛR1+ cells (mast cells) *** Please note that Swedish legislation and GDPR prevent unrestricted distribution of raw sequencing data and thus raw data is not provided ***
