This fundus image registration dataset (also known as FIRE) consists of 129 retinal images, forming 134 image pairs. These image pairs are categorized into three distinct classes based on their features. The images were acquired using a Nidek AFC-210 fundus camera, which can capture images at a resolution of 2912×2912 pixels and a 45° field of view (FOV) in the x and y directions. The images were obtained from 39 patients at Papageorgiou Hospital of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, located in Thessaloniki.
