Chemoresistance is an problem in cancer treatment and response to initial chemotherapy is an important predictive factor for patient prognosis of OS patients. To effectively eradicate cancer cells and overcome drug resistance, it is important to understand the complex chemoresistant mechanisms. To accomplish this mission, gene expression patters have been compared between parental and drug resistant cancer cells. These data provide us a platform to devise therapeutically relevant chemotherapy regimens.
