Several miRNAs are implicated in sex transition in the Asian seabass

Data and code associated with a study investigating transcriptomic (mRNA and sRNA) changes during protandry in the Asian seabass. Sequencing was performed on mature and intermediate gonadal stages during a male-to-female sex change process (i.e. protandry). Included in this repository are precursor miRNA information, differential expression analyses, GO term enrichment analyses, and a multiomics miRNA target analysis. The code provided has been designed to allow interested users to reproduce some results of the reported analysis.
