Transcriptome sequencing of seed of Ranalisma rostratum Stapf.

Ranalisma rostratum Stapf. is a rare and endangered species. The population of Ranalisma rostratum is very rare due to the difficulty in seed germination and growth. The sharp decrease of seed vigor during storage is one of the key factors restricting its rapid propagation. This project is aimed to establish mass sequence data of Ranalisma rostratum and identify DEG between seeds under different storage conditions to reveal the regulatory mechanism of seed vigor change.
