Dataset for “The Teacher Work Ability Scale: Development and Validation of a Multidimensional Measure of Perceived Work Ability in the Teaching Profession”

This dataset accompanies the study “The Teacher Work Ability Scale: Development and Validation of a Multidimensional Measure of Perceived Work Ability in the Teaching Profession.” It contains the data collected across seven phases of instrument development and validation among Czech primary and lower secondary school teachers. The dataset is intended for researchers interested in scale development, psychometric validation, cross-cultural comparisons, and the study of perceived work ability and related constructs (e.g., job demands, job resources, occupational well-being). It can be used to replicate the reported analyses, conduct secondary analyses, or as a reference point for future cross-national validation of the Teacher Work Ability Scale (TWAS).
