<p>This dataset was generated throughout two projects funded by the Spanish Researh Agency: "Use of fish and human cellular models to evaluate the toxicological impact of nano/microplastics as vehicles of flame retardants" (RTI2018-096046-B-C22) and "Generation of in vitro assays to establish the activity of cellular stress pathways as beacons of toxicological effects of dietary additives and contaminants in human intestinal cells" (PID2022-141894OB-C22).</p>
<p>This study evaluated the effects of TBBPA-PSNPs co-exposure on human intestinal barrier integrity and function using differentiated Caco-2 cells and Caco-2/HT29-MTX co-cultures as validated in vitro models.</p>
