GRID release 2019-05-06

A database of over 95,000 research institutes with persistent identifiers.This is an interim release as there are important fixes requested (thanks to all the ticket submitters for their patience!). We are trying to integrate ROR IDs to enable crosswalk, but the data has not been released yet.
