Eltern-Kind-Beziehungsproblematik bei der Adoption Parent-Child Relationship Problems in Adoption

Die Adoption stellt für das Kind immer einen Filiationsbruch mit den biologischen Eltern und eine Filiationskreation mit den Adoptiveltern dar. Sie kann als lebenslänglicher Prozeß der in diesem Dreieck beteiligten Personen, der biologischen Eltern, der Adoptiveltern und dem Kind, betrachtet werden. Der Artikel diskutiert den Filiationsbruch aus dem Gesichtspunkt des psychischen Traumas und der Probleme bei der Bearbeitung des Verlustes der biologischen Eltern. Die mit der Filiationskreation verbundenen Schwierigkeiten wie Loyalitätskonflikte und die Enthüllung des Adoptionsstatus werden aufgezeigt. Es wird auf die spezifische Familienromanphantasie bei Adoptivkinder eingegangen sowie auf die Auseinandersetzung von adoptierten Jugendlichen mit ihrer Herkunft und Abstammung. Es werden Aspekte der Familiendynamik in der Adoption und spezifische Schwierigkeiten denen Adoptiveltern begegnen dargestellt und therapeutische Ansätze erörtert. The article discusses the loss of emotional bonds from primary caretakers as a psychological trauma and addresses mournings difficulties in adoptees. Problems with the development of new attachments with adoptive parents such as loyalty conflicts and the revelation of the adoption are described. Family romance phantasy in adoption and the search for their origin by young adoptees are also explored.
